:
High-conc. raising agent F is sanforized silicone emulsion, it is
the leading raw material of built raising agent. Being built with
softener lake(non-silicone softener) emulsion by different
proportion. It can be used for teasing, sanding, softening
finishing of T/C, polyester, nylon, etc, especially for polyester
raising. It has no APEO in.
Characteristics and advantage
Bring excellent effects of softness, smoothness and loftiness to
fabrics, make fabrics easily raising.
Impart fabrics with flat surface, even and close color.
Little effect on fabric’s color shade, whiteness and fastness.
Basic property
Appearance: milk white or yellowish milk white emulsion.
Ionicity: cationic
pH value: 6.5-8.0% aqueous solution)
Application process
Dissolve softener flake by water in container, then add in
high-concentrated raising agent F pro rata at 50℃, stir to even,
the built product can be used after being filtrated.
Application field
Suitable for:
1. raising finishing of polyester warp knitted fabric.
2. raising finishing of cotton, polyester, nylon and their blends.
Recommended dosage
Polyester terry fabric, including coral napping fabric and pellet
fleece velvet Softener flake S200 (or S300) 25kg + Raising agent F
50kg, build then up to 1000kg emulsion. Dosage: built emulsion
above: 40-50g/L
Cotton knitted fabric: Softener flake S200 (or S300) 40kg + Raising
agent F 70kg, build then up to 1000kg emulsion. Dosage: built
emulsion above: 40-50g/L
T/C plain cloth (80/20 or 65/35): Softener flake S200 (or S300)
30kg + Raising agent F 60-80kg, build then up to 1000kg emulsion.
Dosage: built emulsion above: 40-50g/L
Polyester low elastic yarn knitted flat cloth: Use anionic/nonionic
raising agent, and the formula below is applicable for raising
agent S of the company: Softener flake S200 (or S300) 25kg +
Raising agent F 50kg + smooth silicone oil( as 2231-80%) 5-10kg +
bulky silicone oil (as 2265c-80%) 5-10kg, then add water and build
them up to 1000kg emulsion. Dosage: built emulsion above: 40-50g/L
For raising agent that used for bleached fabric, only need to
replace softener flake in above formula with nonionic softener
flake V12.
The formula above only used for reference, factories can adjust
according to idiographic fabric and process. If converted fabric
has too bad hydrophilic property, and has too low take-up, you can
add in A-113 with dosage of 5kg/1000kg, that can ameliorate the
complexion. If the raising hairs need better bulkiness, you can add
in 5-10kg/1000kg bulky silicone (as 2265c-80%) to ameliorate the
complexion.

120kg and 160kg plastic drum.
Storage
Can be stored for 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition
avoid being heated and exposure to sunshine.
